Extended Rates: Guests will be charged a deposit of $80 per room at time reservation is made. If reservation is canceled prior to 2 weeks before day of arrival, deposit will be fully refunded. Within 2 weeks of arrival, deposit is non-refundable.

We have a 72-hour in advance policy. In order to cancel a room you must cancel by
1:00 PM central standard time three days before arrival. Any room canceled after this
time will be charged one nights stay to the credit card number given for guarantee
at time of reservation.
